Crystal Drive Residence

Principal designer Rena Poulsen designed this house plan.  The challenge was to come up with a plan that fulfilled a vast wish list for the client that took advantage of an outstanding water view in the rear of the property but was limited by the floor area ratio set by the municipality.

All the wish list items were achieved in the design of the home and the client also required consultation with selection of finishes both on the exterior and interior of the home.
