McDonald’s Restaurant-Cambie & Shell, Richmond, B.C.

The concept of this McDonald’s Restaurant was designed for the appreciation of the surrounding community demographic.

The typical plastic laminate panels used in years past from this worldwide food chain were hung at a chair rail height.  Instead, these plastic laminate panels with a bamboo finish are hung vertically and replace the outdated style and provide a more durable wall application.

A custom designed eating bar art feature helps with the seating layout. By utilizing an area that would have been wasted space, this niche was designed with the art feature to give the diners something to look at since this space is opposite any windows.
