McDonald’s Restaurant-Vernon, B.C.

The trains that run through this area of B.C. inspired the concept for this restaurant. The design of the metal dividers is influenced by the look of a train trestle.

The use of metal galvalume and Hardi panel cement board on the interior walls instead of using the typical plastic laminate panels used in many of the old McDonald’s restaurants was implemented for its durability and to give a more industrial feel to the space.
